Sun City Summerlin Patrol

Sun City Summerlin Patrol is a unique organization which operates within the geographic limits of Sun City. All of its members are residents of the Community. All members are volunteers who as a group have made Sun City Summerlin the safest community in the valley and in the state. Our volunteers work 24/7, 365 days a year to make our community a safer place for all to live. Someone is always there for you 24/7.

Community Standards

The Community Standards Office works with two (2) standing committees of Sun City Summerlin, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Hearing Committee. The Community Standards Office is located at 9107 Del Webb Blvd, and operating hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
