Welcome to the Membership Services Department. Whether you’re looking for information about your payment schedule, member cards, events at the various community centers, help needed for minor work around the house, assistance in contacting the appropriate department within Sun City, or just general information, please give us a call at 702-966-1401 or visit us at the Mountain Shadows Community Center.

• Opening new resident accounts – once a house is purchased in Sun City Summerlin, Membership Services creates a new account for the owner. Welcome letters are sent out.
• Activity Cards – provides access to all community facilities, access to fitness centers and pool areas, ability to join clubs, discounts at Sun City golf courses, and more.
• Orientations for new and existing residents – we provide twice weekly, extended group sessions for you to get acquainted with Sun City facilities, and learn more about the outstanding amenities that residents have access to, and the ease of meeting new friends and partaking in varied activities.
• Purchasing or selling a home – we provide general information to current and future residents as to the process and Sun City fees involved in home transfers. Once a home is under contract we provide detailed account information to the appropriate title companies and realtors involved in the transaction.
